6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and report it within 48 hours to contact@alphanovas.xyz for assistance.
  • ALPHANOVAS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.

7. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
  • If a package is refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
