✔ The return request must be made within 30 days from the delivery date.
✔ Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:

❌ Personalized or customized products.
❌ Items damaged due to improper use or handling by the customer.

4️⃣ Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

✔ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
✔ Refund processing time may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
✔ Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

✔ If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process above and indicate the desired replacement item.
✔ Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
